Shane Christie (born 23 September 1985) is a New Zealand rugby union footballer who plays as a flanker for Tasman Makos in the ITM Cup[1] and Highlanders in Super Rugby.
Māori All Blacks and New Zealand Sevens
Christie was a member of the Māori All Blacks side which toured the UK in November 2012.[2] He is also a former New Zealand Sevens representative.[3]
Super Rugby
Christie played one game for the Crusaders in the 2013 Super Rugby season.[4]
In 2014 he played on the open side flank for the Highlanders.[5][6]
