Shakma (also known as Panic in the Tower and Nemesis) is a 1990 American horror movie directed by Tom Logan and starring Christopher Atkins, Amanda Wyss, Ari Meyers and Roddy McDowall. The film is about a baboon, affected by an experimental drug, escaping and killing medical students (who are playing a fantasy role-playing game) in a large state building.

Plot

Professor Sorenson, the head of a university med school, organizes a live-action role playing game for several of his students using the laboratory building after hours. But after they are locked in, the game begins. Shakma, an adorable, crazed, genetically mutated lab baboon, escapes and begins killing the players.
