Sebastián Valle Velásquez (born July 24, 1990) is a Mexican professional baseball player in the New York Yankees organization. A catcher, Valle plays in Minor League Baseball, but is currently a free agent. He played for the Mexican national baseball team in the 2013 World Baseball Classic.
Career
Valle, along with Jarred Cosart, represented the Phillies at the 2011 All-Star Futures Game.[1]
Valle was added to the Phillies 40 man roster on November 18, 2011.[2] After the 2013 season, the Phillies designated Valle for assignment.[3] The Phillies outrighted Valle to the minor leagues, and invited him to spring training in 2014.[4]
