The Scottish Junior Football East Region North Division is a third-tier division of the East Region of the Scottish Junior Football Association.
The league came into existence in time for the 2006–07 season, replacing the older regional setup (see here). It was further expanded for the 2013–14 season following league reconstruction in the East Region, by absorbing the more northerly clubs from the dissolved East Region Central Division[1]

2006–07
Forfar West End won the 2006–07 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. They were replaced by Lochee Harp, who were relegated.
2007–08
Blairgowrie won the 2007–08 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. They will be replaced by Montrose Roselea, who were relegated.
2008–09
Montrose Roselea won the 2008–09 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. They will be replaced by Dundee North End, who were relegated.
2009–10
Broughty Athletic won the 2009–10 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. They will be replaced by both Blairgowrie and Montrose Roselea, who were relegated.
2010–11
Downfield won the 2010–11 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. Arbroath Sporting Club finished in 6th position and folded at the end of the season.[2] No teams from this area were relegated from the Premier League.
2011–12
Dundee Violet won the 2011–12 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. Downfield were relegated from the Premier League.
2012–13
Kirriemuir Thistle won the 2012–13 championship and were promoted to the expanded Premier League along with runners-up, Montrose Roselea.
2013–14
Dundee North End won the 2013–14 championship and were promoted to the Premier League along with runners-up, Forfar West End. Kirriemuir Thistle and Kirkcaldy YM were relegated from the Premier League and placed in the North Division for the 2014–15 season.
2014–15
Downfield had finished top of league but were deducted 15 points for an administration error. Thornton Hibs, who finished second, were awarded the championship and were promoted to the Premier League along with third-placed Kennoway Star Hearts. Dundee North End, Glenrothes and Kinnoull were relegated from the Premier League and placed in the North Division for the 2015–16 season. Kirkcaldy YM were move to South Division for the 2015–16 season. Luncarty went into abeyance at the start of the 2015–16 season after finishing in eighth position last season.
