Scott Rayow (born June 4, 1964 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA), sometimes credited as Scottie Ray, is an American voice actor who normally voices characters for properties of Walt Disney Pictures, 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media and NYAV Post. He is best known for voicing Zane Truesdale in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and the The Shredder in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
