Scott Richard Northey (born October 15, 1946, at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American retired baseball player who played for the Kansas City Royals in 1969. He is the son of Ron Northey.
Northey was signed by the Chicago White Sox in 1965 as an amateur free agent. He was drafted by the Royals in 1968 in the expansion draft. He played 20 games for the Royals in 1969 as a center fielder, and had a batting average of .262 with one home run in 61 at bats.
