Scott Christopher (born January 13, 1967) is an American actor who has had key roles in such films as Mobsters and Mormons and The Best Two Years. He also played in Down and Derby.
Early life
Christopher was born in Ferndale, Michigan, on January 13, 1967. He moved with his family to Utah when he was eleven years old.
Career
He is the author of the best-selling The Levity Effect and also wrote People People: Who They Are. Why They Win. How To Be One. Christopher has also been described as a "renowned keynote speaker and HR expert".
He played "The Movie Guy", the irreverent late-night host of a long-running TV program on KJZZ TV, Salt Lake City, and is a popular keynote speaker on the subject of humor at work. He won the Irene Ryan National Acting Scholarship while he was a student at Brigham Young University.
Christopher was for a time a morning radio personality in Salt Lake City and also in Monterrey, California, and has been a television show host.
Christopher is currently committed to a role in the upcoming comedy MALF - Academic Malfeasance, now in pre-production.[1][2]
Personal life
Christopher is a Latter-day Saint. Among other positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints he has served as a bishop.
Christopher and his wife Elizabeth are the parents of five children.
