Mace of King Ferdinand I of Romania
This mace was used by King Ferdinand I in 1922 at the coronation ceremony in Alba-Iulia. It depicts four rural Romanian women and the head of an eagle with a cross in its beak. The eagle symbolizes the Latin origin of the Romanian people.
