The Parti Rakyat Sarawak or, PRS (English: Sarawak Peoples' Party) is a political party in Malaysia. The party is one of the constituent members of the ruling Barisan Nasional

The party was founded in the wake of the de-registration of the Sarawak Native People's Party in December 2003 by a faction led by Dato Sri Dr. James Masing and Sng Chee Hua.
