Saravah Soul
Saravah Soul is a half British, half Brazilian eight piece band, based in London, and formed in July 2005 by Otto Nascarella. The group formed when Otto decided to move to London with the musical idea of mixing Afro-Brazilian rhythms with funk and soul music[1]
They signed a record deal with Tru Thoughts in late 2007.[2] They released their self-titled debut album in April 2008. Their first single "Não Posso te levar à sério" has received radio and DJ support including Gilles Peterson, Patrick Forge and the Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show.[3]
