Sarah Gay Josephson (born January 10, 1964) is an American competitor in synchronized swimming and Olympic champion.

She won a gold medal in the Women's duet with her twin sister Karen Josephson at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, and received a silver medal in the same event at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.[1]
