Sandy Barbour

Sandy Barbour (born December 2, 1959 in Annapolis, Maryland) is the current athletic director at Penn State University. Prior to her current position at Penn State, she was the Athletic Director of the University of California, Berkeley from 2004-2014.[1] She was also named one of the top 100 influential woman in business in San Francisco.[2]
