Samuel R. Spencer
Samuel R. Spencer (November 4, 1871 – September 29, 1961)[1] was an American politician who was the 62nd Lieutenant Governor of Connecticut from 1931 to 1933. He was the first blind lieutenant governor of Connecticut. He resided in Suffield.
