Samatiguila Department is a department of Kabadougou Region in Denguélé District, Ivory Coast. In 2014, its population was 17,483 and its seat is the settlement of Samatiguila. The sub-prefectures of the department are Kimbirila-Sud and Samatiguila.
Samatiguila Department was created in 2011 as part of the restructuring of the subdivisions of Ivory Coast, when departments were converted from the second-level administrative subdivisions of the country to the third-level subdivisions. With a population of just over 17,000, Samatiguila is the least-populous department in Ivory Coast.
