Sam Frost (born 28 August 1993) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was drafted by Greater Western Sydney with the 1st pick in the 2012 rookie draft. He made his debut in round 17, 2012, against Fremantle at Patersons Stadium.[1]

He is the younger brother of Jack, who plays for the Collingwood Football Club.[2]

In October 2014, Frost was traded to the Melbourne Football Club.
