Said Serhan (Arabic; سعيد سرحان) is a Lebanese actor, writer and TV presenter. He has conducted films and plays in Lebanon and abroad, and is the presenter of Al-Darb TV Show on the Aljazeera children's channel..

Overview

At an early age he showed a love for performing arts and took the stage to perform for the first time in front of a huge crowd at the age of 9. After graduating from high school with a scientific diploma in 1998, he applied for the faculty of arts in the Lebanese University's Fine Arts Institute. He graduated in 2002 with a diploma in acting.

In 2005 he started presenting, alongside Gretta Al Rayess, the hit TV show Al-darb on the Aljazeera children's channel. Since that time, almost 1000 episodes have been made with the show still on-going.

In theatre, Said played in several performances, but it was on MAAARCH, by director and actor Issam Bou Khaled, that was his first big performance that made people notice him. In 2009 he played in Issam bou Khaled in Banafsaj. This was a more difficult role to play, as Said had to play an animalized human character alongside the actress Bernadette Houdaib. But Banafsaj was also a big hit.

In cinema, he played in Falafel[1] by director Michel Kammoun. On set, he met director Talal Khoury and since that time they have shot five films together.
