- Sadistic personality disorder, obsolete term proposed for individuals who derive pleasure from the suffering of others. Also Antisocial personality disorder.
- Sexual sadism disorder, medical/psychological condition for sexual arousal from inflicting pain/humiliation on unwilling, non-consenting victims.
