Saddam (name)

Saddam (Arabic: صدام, Ṣaddām; pronounced [sˤɑdˈɑːm]) is an Arabic title which means "One who confronts",[1] other meanings include: "One who frequently causes collisions", "Powerful collider", "Powerful confronter".[2] The name has risen in popularity in some Muslim populations after the War in Iraq and the former President's execution.[3][4]
