S E A Holdings Limited (SEHK: 0251) is a Hong Kong public listed company with a distinguished history in the business community dating back to almost half a century. The Group was founded on 6 December 1956 under the name, South-East Asia Investment and Agency Company, Limited in Hong Kong. Mr. Chu-mang Lu was the founding Chairman, which was listed on both the Far East and Kam Ngan Stock Exchanges in Hong Kong 1973. In 1989, S E A Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in Bermuda, became the listed and holding company of the Group.

Asian Growth Properties Limited and Trans Tasman Properties Limited, are subsidiaries of the Group which are listed on London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market and New Zealand Exchange Limited, respectively.

Principal Activities: Property development (including Hong Kong, China and New Zealand), property investment, garment manufacturing and trading and securities investment.

Chairman: Wing-chi Lu (son of Mr. Chu-mang Lu was the founding Chairman)
