S.M. Culture & Contents (Korean: 에스엠컬처앤콘텐츠; SM C&C) is a South Korean entertainment agency, travel agency and television production company. Its a subsidiary of S.M. Entertainment.

History

Founded in July 1987 as Intercontinental Travel Co., Ltd. (Korean: 인터컨티넨탈여행사 Inteokeontinental Yeohaengsa), it merged with golf ball maker Volvik Inc. (Korean: ㈜볼빅사) in 2006 to become BT&I Co., Ltd.[1][note 1]

In May 2012, it was acquired by S.M. Entertainment Co., Ltd. and later became S.M. Culture & Contents Co., Ltd. (Korean: ㈜에스엠컬처앤콘텐츠 Jusikhoesa Eseuem Keolcheo aen Kontencheu).
