Ryan T. Araña (born March 23, 1983 in Manila, Philippines) is a Filipino professional basketball player who currently plays for the San Miguel Beermen of the Philippine Basketball Association. Araña played collegiate basketball at the De La Salle University. He was drafted with the twelfth overall pick in the second round of the 2007 PBA Draft by the Welcoat Dragons. During his eight-year tenure with the Elasto Painters, he played both the point guard and the shooting guard positions.[1]
Pro Career
He was traded for Barako Bull Energy's 2016 second round pick on September 23, 2015, but was later traded to the San Miguel Beermen for Ronald Pascual.[2]
