Follow Your Dream Project

“A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.” John Lennon

Introduction

At the current time, we are launching an entertainment project called Follow Your Dream that aims to benefit more than 180 million blind or visually impaired people around the world.

This project consists of two parts

A Multimedia Project

We ask talented and successful people to give us one hour of their time to share their life-stories – the stories of how their dreams came true. We are going to publish them as a book, audiobook and DVD. All the profit from the project will be directed to Braille Institute Of America for the purpose of sponsoring the ongoing scientific researches in the field of optic nerve transplantation.

A Festival

“Follow Your Dream Festival” is a nationally focused entertainment project. It’s an “American Idol” for blind or visually impaired entertainers and artists. According to the studies there are over 25 million people in America with vision disabilities. A surprisingly big number of them are extremely talented but they have a very little opportunity to present their talents to others.

Imagine a blind virtuoso musician who starts crying after completing his performance hearing the sound of applauding audience and feeling the energy of the crowd that shouts his name. He realizes he just turned his long followed dream into reality.
