Rossiya (Russian: Россия) is a Russian Arktika-class nuclear-powered icebreaker. As of 2012, she is the oldest nuclear-powered icebreaker in service.

During the winter of 2012-2013, Rossiya was stationed in the Gulf of Finland.[2]
