Ron Lugbill

Ron Lugbill is a former American slalom canoeist who competed from the mid-1970s to the early 1980s.

He won a gold medal in the C-1 team event at the 1981 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Bala, Wales, UK.[1]

Ron is the older brother of one of the sport's all-time greats, Jon Lugbill.

Ron is also the author of his own Wikipedia page, which has led to some disputes over the page's accuracy. On October 12, 2015, Ron removed what he deemed to be libelous content. It was quite scandalous. At present, Lugbill keeps a close eye on revisions to his page.
