Roman Catholicism in Ascension Island
The Catholic Church in Ascension Island is part of the worldwide Roman Catholic Church, under the spiritual leadership of the Pope and the Curia in Rome. Together with the islands of Saint Helena and Tristan da Cunha, it forms a mission sui iuris. There is a congregation in Ascension Island that is the Grotto of Our Lady.
