The Roman Catholic Diocese of Grand Falls (Latin: Dioecesis Grandfallensis/Grandicataractensis) (erected 29 February 1856, as the Diocese of Harbour Grace) is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of St. John's, Newfoundland. It was renamed as the Diocese of Harbour Grace-Grand Falls on 22 February 1958 then as the Diocese of Grand Falls on 30 Oct 1964. It has 38,300 Catholics, 30 priests, and 20 religious.
