RoboBlitz
RoboBlitz is an indie, third person, puzzle-action game for Microsoft Windows and the Xbox 360. It is available on Xbox Live Arcade and Valve's Steam service. It was released on November 7, 2006, developed by Naked Sky Entertainment, and was the first Unreal Engine 3 game alongside Gears of War to be released.
Gameplay
The player controls Blitz, a robot who attains special upgrade weapons and powers to fight his foes, based upon how much "Upgradium" he can find in the game. Special powers include unique weapon, energy and movement upgrades.
Development
RoboBlitz uses a middleware tool developed by Allegorithmic to store its textures procedurally.[1] This technique is used to make the game file size smaller (the actual game is less than 50 megabytes on Xbox Live.)
