Roberto Arsenio Luzardo Correa, commonly Arsenio Luzardo (born September 3, 1959) is Uruguayan football player. He is now retired. His previous club is including Club Nacional de Football, Spanish football club Recreativo de Huelva and FC Seoul of the South Korean K League, then known as LG Cheetahs.
He was squad of Uruguay U-20 at 1979 FIFA World Youth Championship.
