Robert "Rob" Tinkler (born May 12, 1973) is a Canadian actor who is primarily known for his voiceover work.
He is the voice of Howie on Almost Naked Animals, Max on The Adventures of Sam & Max: Freelance Police, Delete in the series of Cyberchase, Cenotaph (Season 1) & Brooklyn (Season 3) in Beyblade, Rubeus in the English version of Sailor Moon R, Pupulan in the English version of Sailor Moon SuperS movie, the title character in Pelswick, and Grumpy Bear in 2004's Care Bears: Journey to Joke-a-lot and 2005's The Care Bears' Big Wish Movie. He plays the pilot in the 1999 PlayStation game Dino Crisis. He voiced Tiki's monkey, Lola, in the TVOKids/Disney Junior animated TV series, Ella the Elephant. He has also done script writing for various cartoons and TV shows.
