Robert (Robbie) Cadee (born 27 August 1950) is a former Australian men's basketball player and coach.
Biography
Cadee played for the Australia men's national basketball team during the 1970s and competed for Australia at the 1976 Olympic Games held in Montreal.[1][2] After his playing career ended, Cadee went on to become a coach, leading the Opals from 1986 to 1992.[3]
Cadee's son, Jason, is a professional basketball player who currently plays in the National Basketball League (NBL) for the Sydney Kings.[4] Jason had previously played in the NBL for the now defunct Gold Coast Blaze (2010-12) and the Adelaide 36ers (2012-14), helping the 36ers to the 2014 NBL Grand Final.
