Richarlison de Andrade (born 10 May 1997), simply known as Richarlison, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a striker for Fluminense.

Club career

Born in Nova Venécia, Espírito Santo, Richarlison joined América Mineiro's youth setup in December 2014, from Real Noroeste.[1] In June of the following year he was promoted to the first team by manager Givanildo Oliveira.[2]

Richarlison made his professional debut on 4 July 2015, in a 3–1 home win against Mogi Mirim; after coming on as a late substitute for Cristiano, he also scored the last goal.[3] Seventeen days later, he extended his contract until 2018.[4]

Personal life

On 9 August 2015, Richarlison signed a three-year sponsorship deal with American company Nike.[5]
