Richard Abbott Lawrence, Sr. (January 30, 1906 – December 30, 1993) was a mayor of Melbourne, Florida from 1949 to 1953 and also in 1962. He also served on the Melbourne City Council, and as a municipal judge for Melbourne.[1]
