Restrung is an American independent documentary film directed, cinematography, and edited by Mike Enns and produced by Enns and Randy Fullmer and the film talks about Fullmer's career of guitar making after he left Disney in 2006. The film made its world premier on July 1st, 2014.
Production notes
- The film was independently funded by Mike Enns on a $100,000 budget.
- The film's digital release (and on their YouTube channel) included How to Build a Bass Guitar, outtakes, and footages of Fullmer at festivals.
- Enns flew to Los Angeles in 2012 to visit the National Association of music Merchants and became fascinated with Fullmer's booth that he wanted to learn more about him.
