Republic of China Ambassador to Holy See(Chinese: 中華民國駐教廷大使) is the chief diplomat of the Republic of China (ROC) to Holy See. The Republic of China established the relationship to the Holy See in July, 1942. In concern of the situation at that time, after Shoukang Xie arriving at Rome on 26 January 1943, the legation was set in the Vatican City. After the WWII, the legation was moved to Rome. In June 1959, the Republic of China Legation was upgraded to an Embassy. In March 2005, the embassy was moved to 4th, Via della Conciliazione.[1]
