Recorder of Lincoln
The office of the Recorder of Lincoln is occupied by His Honour Judge Sean Morris.[1] Judge Morris was installed as honorary recorder on 9 August 2011. He is a circuit judge having been appointed to the Midland Circuit on 24 October 2008.
The previous recorder was His Honour Judge Michael Heath. He had held this position between 2001 and 2010. There have now been 20 recorders in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, the first incumbent being Lord Monson in 1768.
