Rakesh Chandra Shukla  pronunciation  (born 4 February 1948, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh) is a former Indian cricketer who played in one Test in 1982.

He was leg-break-googly-bowler and a decent hard-hitting batsman. With the spin quartet of Bishan Singh Bedi, B. S. Chandrasekhar, S. Venkataraghavan and Erapalli Prasanna he couldn't break into Indian team. In his later years youngsters like Maninder Singh and Ravi Shastri were preferred.

Shukla is now a cricket consultant, giving his guidance to future cricketers as well as cricketing professionals.
