Rachel Millns (born August 21, 1990) is a New Zealander model and former hairdresser who was crowned Miss Universe New Zealand 2014 and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant.

Millns was formerly a hairdresser and currently she is working as model.

Miss New Zealand 2014
Millns was crowned as Miss New Zealand 2014 or now called as Miss Universe New Zealand 2014 represented Kapiti Coast at the conclusion of the national pageant finals held at Sky City Theatre, Auckland on September 18, 2014. She succeeds Miss Universe New Zealand 2013 - Holly Cassidy. The first runner-was Monique Cooley and the second runner-up was Becky Hingston.
