Qui-Lim Choo is a scientist, who along with Michael Houghton, George Kuo and Daniel W Bradley, co-discovered Hepatitis C in 1989.[1]
He was educated at Queen Elizabeth College and completed his PhD at King's College London in 1980. He trained under William J. Rutter at the University of California, San Francisco before joining Chiron Corporation.[2]
