Queen City
Queen City is a term which is often used to describe a city which is the largest city in a country, state, province, or territory, but which is not the capital. For example, the city of Burlington, Vermont, is larger than the state's capital (Montpelier). Some cities which fit this description are rarely referred to as "queen cities," while for others it has become commonplace to speak of them by this nickname. The term may refer to:
