Qiyang County (simplified Chinese: 祁阳县; traditional Chinese: 祁陽縣; pinyin: Qíyáng Xiàn) is under the administration of Yongzhou, Hunan province, China. Located in the northeastern part of Yongzhou City, it borders the prefecture-level cities of Hengyang to the north and east and Chenzhou to the southeast.
