Puka Urqu (Quechua puka red, urqu mountain,[2] "red mountain", hispanicized spelling Pucaorjo) is a 4,776 m (15,669 ft) high mountain in the Urupampa mountain range in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Cusco Region, Calca Province, Lares District. Puka Urqu is situated northeast of Siriwani, northwest of Sawasiray and east of Paru Urqu,[3] at the Lares trek. One of the nearest populated places is Kiswarani (Quishuarani).
