Puffcorn is a corn snack, made to look similar to popcorn, but is made with corn meal and baked, made by several manufacturers such as Frito Lay[1] and Old Dutch Foods.[2] It is similar in idea to Puffed grain, but is made in a manner similar to Cheese puffs, but having a butter flavor instead of cheese.
