Puerto Rico Highway 148, or PR-148, was a short road that connects from the PR-5 to the PR-167 in Naranjito, Puerto Rico. Now this short connector was renumbered PR-826 to improve the access to Barrio Guadiana from PR-167 and PR-164.
The bypass improves access to Comerío from PR-5 since the PR-167 (between Bayamón and Naranjito) has many curves. The PR-164 and the Barrio Guadiana can be accessed from this road.
