Pseudis tocantins is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, swamps, freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
