Prophetstown Township is located in Whiteside County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,615 and it contained 1,162 housing units.[1]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 48.47 square miles (125.5 km2), of which 47.95 square miles (124.2 km2) (or 98.93%) is land and 0.52 square miles (1.3 km2) (or 1.07%) is water.[1]
