Pradeep Kumar Sinha (P. K. Sinha) (born July 18, 1955) is an Indian civil servant who is the 31st Cabinet Secretary of the Republic of India.[1][2] He is an Uttar Pradesh cadre IAS officer of 1977 batch. He is the Ex Power secretary of India and before that he served as Secretary in Ministry of Shipping and is an Economics graduate from St. Stephens College, Delhi University and holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He holds a Mphil degree as well . [3]
