Polom is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.24 square kilometres (3.18 sq mi), and has a population of 274 (as at 3 July 2006).
Polom lies approximately 31 kilometres (19 mi) north-east of Přerov, 43 km (27 mi) east of Olomouc, and 253 km (157 mi) east of Prague.
