Orlen Liga
Polish Women's-Volleyball League (Liga Siatkówki Kobiet, LSK -formerly Polish Seria A Volleyball League) is the highest level of women volleyball games played in Poland.

The last team entered into playoffs with the 2nd team of Seria B
- Energa Gedania Gdańsk will stay in Seria A as it has won the playoffs with Wisla Kraków
The winner of Seria B will be promoted to Seria A
