Player Winning Percentage (PW%) is a stat developed by Dean Oliver, the first full-time statistical analyst in the NBA.

Player Winning Percentage = Offensive Rating¹⁴ / (Offensive Rating¹⁴ + Defensive Rating¹⁴)
