Piscobamba (from Quechua Pisqopánpa, pisqu means "bird", panpa means "plain"); it says "Pisqopánpa district of Pumapánpa, Waras, Perou. " [1] is a town in central Peru, capital of the province Mariscal Luzuriaga in the region Ancash.
